
FIRETECH SHOWCASE INFORMATION




The Firetech Showcase spotlights leading companies as they present their innovations to an audience of 500+ wildfire stakeholders—including fire service professionals, practitioners, insurers, utilities, and investors. It’s a unique opportunity to learn about cutting-edge solutions directly from the teams building them. Participation in the Firetech Showcase is $1,000 and includes the following:
Inclusions:
(1) 6’ Bar-height wooden table
(1) Power strip (5 amps)
WiFi access
(1) 18” x 96” Sign featuring your company logo
(2) Exhibit-only tickets for support and demo staff (participation in FireTech Showcase only)
Inclusion in the digital Firetech Showcase exhibitor list, with a short company description and website URL, which will be featured on the Red Sky Summit website and social media campaign(s)
Location:
The Red Sky Summit is hosted at Fort Mason Gateway Pavilion in San Francisco.

Hours:
The Firetech Showcase and Closing Reception will take place from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
Set-up time is 2:30 to 4:30 pm.
Your demo table must be completely set, and boxes and trash removed by 4:30 pm.
Please bring all necessary equipment and marketing materials with you, we are not able to accept shipments ahead of the event.
Tear down will begin at 7:30 pm and you must be completely cleared of the space by 9:00 pm.

Provide logo and URL for use on Firetech Showcase signage, and digital exhibitor list. Logo must be 300dpi, and in .EPS, .PDF, or JPG

Submit your application for the Firetech Showcase HERE. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.

Registration is $1,000 to be an exhibitor at the Firetech Showcase and includes (2) Exhibitor-Only passes.

We would love to feature your company’s tech as much as possible, however we may not be able to accommodate all requests due to space constraints. Please email Fiona@RedSkySummit.com to discuss options.

Yes! Feel free to bring any SWAG, giveaways, pamphlets or literature that will comfortably fit at your table.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own tablecloth for your setup! The tables provided are 6ft long bar-height wooden tables.

We will do our best to help with any additional booth requests. Please email Fiona@RedSkySummit.com and we would be happy to assist. Please note, there may be additional charges for monitors, increased power, etc.
